How it is calculated
As TA-Lib's ADOSC (Chaikin): the fast EMA of the A/D line minus its slow EMA, by default 3 and 10. Unlike the other EMAs in this catalogue both start from the first bar's A/D value instead of a simple average, which keeps every value equal to TA-Lib's. The first value is shown once the longer length has run, at bar max(fast, slow) minus 1.

How to read it
Above zero the A/D line is rising faster than its slow average, below zero it is falling. Crossings of zero and divergences against price are the usual signals. The scale is in volume units, so values cannot be compared across markets, and on forex the volume is tick volume.
In a strategy
As a momentum trigger: go long when ctx.ind("adosc", fast=3, slow=10) crosses above zero, compared with the value a bar earlier, while price is above its long average.
