Withdraw from contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from a contract with us within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. This form does it online, no sign in needed.

  • The 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded. A subscription that starts with a free trial starts them on the first day of the trial.
  • Use the e-mail address of your account, so we can find the contract.
  • Signed in, you can do the same in the app under Settings, Billing.
  • No particular form is needed. You can also write to info@orionquant.com, or by post to Orion Quant Technologies GmbH, Ober-Roden-Straße 3, 5760 Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer, Austria.
  • For the perpetual licence the right ends once its supply has begun, if you agreed to that when you ordered it (section 17 of the Terms).
